Seb identified and arranged the unconditional acquisition of a former telecommunications site in Stockport, recognising the opportunity to reposition the property for a substantial mixed-use development.
The proposed scheme comprises an 80-bedroom purpose-built care home alongside a drive-through coffee shop and ultra-rapid electric vehicle charging.
The acquisition and development strategy sought to maximise the commercial potential of the site by combining specialist care accommodation with complementary roadside commercial uses. It shows experience in structuring mixed-use opportunities, assessing alternative land uses and coordinating several development components within a single site.
