SMR Land Ltd exists to do one thing well: source development sites for care homes and retirement living and see them through to a sale, with Seb leading every instruction personally.
He has worked in development land for several years, sourcing, promoting and selling sites for care home and retirement living schemes.
SMR Land works UK-wide, with core expertise in the North West of England and North Wales: the towns, councils, operators and agents of Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and the Welsh border counties.
